Yes. If you are not satisfied with our service at any time, we will refund you the full value of that monthly payment.

We’ll send you a welcome email to let you know what you need to provide us, website logins etc.

Once we have your info, we’ll start the on-boarding process to add your website to our website care system, where we’ll start to implement updates to outdated software and run external backups.

We also provide a support email address that you can send your wishes to when you are ready.

Yes, we do offer this service and also run regular online training courses to help you get online faster using WordPress.

Depending on the plan you choose. Your wishes will be no later than 48 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday. We may update your website over the weekend if we think it is urgent.

We only support WordPress websites. Our skilled team of developers are very savvy with WordPress only.
