A Website Wish is one website request that can be completed within 30 minutes.

Examples include:

• Updating text or images
• Adding a new team member
• Publishing supplied content
• Minor layout adjustments
• Creating a short “how-to” training video

Wishes are for individual requests and cannot be combined or carried over to future months.

They do not include:

• Custom development
• Website redesigns
• Performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals)
• SEO services
• Accessibility audits or remediation
• Complex troubleshooting or large projects

Yes, absolutely. Our service is billed month to month using a Stripe subscription service, so you can cancel at any time. If you cancel partway through a billing period, your service will remain active until the end of that current billing cycle. For example, if you are billed on the 1st of each month and cancel on the 15th, your service will continue until the end of that month, with no further billing after the current billing period ends.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with our service at any time, we will refund you the full value of that monthly payment.

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you a welcome email with everything we need to get started, including your website login details.

We’ll then onboard your website into our care system, configure backups, security monitoring and update management.

Once everything is set up, you’ll receive details on how to submit your Website Wishes whenever you need assistance.

Yes, we do offer this service and also run regular online training courses to help you get online faster using WordPress.

Depending on your care plan, most Website Wishes are completed within 48 business hours.

Business hours are Monday to Friday. If we identify an urgent issue affecting your website, we’ll always do our best to prioritise it as quickly as possible
